Project Manager, The Disparities Solutions Center
Mackenzie Clift is a Project Manager at the Disparities Solutions Center (DSC) and brings a wealth of experience in management, marketing, customer service, and administration to this role.
For two years before joining the DSC, she provided administrative support, such as managing front desk operations and welcoming visitors, to the Mongan Institute as an Administrative Coordinator. Mackenzie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Sociology from Sacred Heart University where she provided support in the Admissions Department organizing and executing prospective student events—she also volunteered at the Bridgeport Food Pantry and at local elementary schools. More recently, she has provided administrative support at The Home for Little Wanderers, a nonprofit organization that helps at-risk children.
At the DSC, Mackenzie will assist on many projects, including: the Disparities Leadership Program; production of MGH’s Annual Report on Equity in Healthcare Quality; quality improvement initiatives with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology; and the MGH Biomedical Research Internship Program.
