Dr. Tull’s expertise is in analytics, data visualization, policy and program evaluation in the social service and healthcare industries, with emphasis on elders, people with disabilities and underserved populations. In her role as Vice President of Analytics and Data Visualization at Sellers Dorsey, Andrea leads a broad portfolio of analytic projects in the areas of value based care, access, health equity and quality of care. Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Andrea led analytics teams at Massachusetts General Hospital and Mass General Brigham, where she has partnered with the MGH Disparities Solutions Center. For the past 10 years, she has helped the DSC team measure disparities and design improvement strategies.. She is passionate about seeking out disparities in clinical care and supporting health equity improvement through robust program evaluation frameworks.
Andrea has a PhD in Gerontology from the University of Massachusetts and continues to volunteer in the elder services field at several elder senior living properties in the Boston area.
